All Snapchatters that follow you, including your friends, will be able to swipe up while viewing your public Story and send you a reply! To keep our community safe, we automatically filter out spammy and abusive messages.
To view Story Replies:
Tap on your public Story Snap
Swipe up to view Insights and Replies
Tap on a reply to see the full message and reply back
Quoting makes it easier to share a follower’s reply to your Public Story with a Snap. Ask your audience to send you questions and answer away! Quote fans to show your appreciation for them and let your followers know that you read their replies.

Activity Center
The Activity Center allows you to view story replies, chat with subscribers and quote them in your stories. You can also approve or reject Spotlight replies from your audience. Tap the bell icon in your Public Profile to access the Activity Center.

Snap Promote
Snap Promote is an easy-to-use advertising tool within Snapchat that enables you to promote content from your Public Profile as an ad — expanding your reach to potential audiences.
